At on The Spot massage Therapy, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic, business meetings and sick children, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment
In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies.
First time clients, please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change and prepare your massage. All services offered have specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and to avoid delaying our next client.
Late Arrival Policy
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of schedule appointments, to avoid delaying our next client, your treatment will end at the specified time regardless of how late you arrive. In special cases, only when our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at the therapist discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. You will be charged for your scheduled service. If appointments are cancelled due to late arrival , your appointment will fall under our cancellation policy & payment for your schedule service is required..
Because we reserve your appointment time and make preparations for your arrival and service, we ask for a courtesy call 12 hours in advance to reschedule. Additionally, our service providers get paid only if our guests make their appointments; if guests do not keep their appointments, our providers do not earn an income. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be subjected to be billed 50% of service or 100% Gift Cert/ Voucher will be void.. We charge 100% of the full price of the service for appointments that are No Call No Show and Gift Cert./Voucher will be void.
If appointments are cancelled due to late arrival , your appointment will fall under our cancellation policy & payment for your schedule service is required..
No Show policy
By booking a massage appointment valued $100 or more a credit card or gift cert # is required to hold the appointment., you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value OR Gift Cert/Voucher will be voided should you miss your appointment without proper notification.
We charge 100% of the full price of the service for appointments that are No Call No Show and Gift Cert./Voucher will be void.
24-Hour cancellation policy of Omaha Daily Deal Voucher/Groupon Voucher/Omaha Go Deal Voucher Living Social Voucher, Amazon Voucher, Google Offer, Gift certificate, or any other Promotional Voucher or Gift Certificate is void. No Call No Shows voids entire voucher/gift certificate.
If local school in Omaha/Papillion-LaVista/ Ralston/ Bellevue area has been cancelled there will be no charge for a missed appointment on a snow day. All appointments will be rescheduled on snow days. We will call you to to reschedule.
On The Spot massage Therapy is a Christian based establishment. Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Clients understand that any illicit or sexual aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be liable for full payment of the schedule appointment. Any attempt of sexual solicitation will be reported to the local police enforcement.
in appreciation, gratuities may be given at your discretion. All gratuities are appreciated. A customary gratuity for services is at least 15% of the total non discounted fee for each service. * Please note: Gift Certificates and Online Vouchers such as groupons do not contain gratuities for the therapist. Tips are greatly appreciated for the service rendered.
Return Check Policy
$30 return check fee will be added to each check that is returned. issuing and passing a bad check is a criminal offense under the laws of Nebraska.
