First time clients, please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change and prepare your massage. All services offered have specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

If you cancel with in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken you scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our therapist for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue. Please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment,. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 100% of service. We charge 100% of the full price of the service for appointments that are no call no show. 24-Hour cancellation policy of Omaha Daily Deal Voucher/Groupon Voucher/Omaha Go Deal Voucher Living Social Voucher, Google Offer, Gift certificate,  or any other Promotional Voucher or Gift Certificate is void.

 If local school in Omaha/Papillion-LaVista/ Ralston/ Bellevue area  has been cancelled there will be no charge for a missed appointment on a snow day. All appointments will be rescheduled on snow days. We will call you to to reschedule.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of schedule appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at the therapist discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. You will be charged for your scheduled service. If appointments are cancelled due to late arrival , your appointment will fall under our cancellation policy & payment for your schedule service is required..

On The Spot massage Therapy is a Christian based establishment. Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Clients understand that any illicit or sexual aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be liable for full payment of the schedule appointment. Any attempt of sexual solicitation will be reported to the local police enforcement.

in appreciation, gratuities may be given at your discretion. All gratuities are appreciated. A customary gratuity for services is at least 15% of the total non discounted fee for each service. * Please note: Gift Certificates and Online Vouchers such as groupons do not contain gratuities for the therapist. Tips are greatly appreciated for the service rendered.

$30 return check fee will be added to each check that is returned. issuing and passing a bad check is a criminal offense under the laws of Nebraska.
